RUN MISSY RUN TO STAKE ANOTHER CLAIM FOR HORSE IN THE YEAR IN HONG KONG TODAY.

Run Missy Run may be the best sprinter of all time in Photo Finish. Even Finlay from FDL Lodge, the owner of superstar Silver Arrow winners All For Camena and Blushing Allanna has commented that RMR is the best. I'd have to agree with him.

For starters, Run Missy Run is my favourite horse, having done the Silver Arrow Series website and having spoken with Steven the maestro behind Golden Acres, I admire this sprinting machine. Run Missy Run started off his Silver Arrow Series with a remarkable win over Rocket, the superstar 2yo. And by doing that, he recorded the highest Power Speed Rating this year, with a remarkable 127. He backed up and showed his immeasurable class again, by winning the Oakleigh Plate over classy rival bro'Town & Bellfast Lad. Backing up again for the third week in a row, Run Missy Run lead all the way down the straight but was just beaten by Life On Mars, ironically from FDL Lodge. Life On Mars was carrying an amazing 12 less kilos than Run Missy Run, yet she only prevailed by a neck. Life On Mars is the 2nd best performed 2yo in my opinion. That was the bravest performance I've seen on this game so far, and he injured him self for around 20 days after that run.

That run reminded me of my favourite horse Mummify's last run. He was attempting to win his 2nd Caulfield Cup and he led at a frantic pace and looked a sitting duck on the home turn. The Japanese raider Eye Popper ran straight past him, but Mummify fought back and was going to win at the 150m before he smashed his leg into the rail out of exhaustion. Despite fracturing his sesamoid bone in his near foreleg he finished 3rd, just getting run over the top of at the last 20m. Poor Mummify died after that run, and I was distraught.

Of course RMR's performance wasn't as great as Mummify's, but RMR was a brave frontrunner as well with unlimited speed, so I took a following in the speedy sprinter from Golden Acres. Run Missy Run came back in the Prix De L'Abbaye, beating Attack At Dawn (a past Silver Arrow Series winner), Poetic Justice, Rain Man & Bellfast Cat. He then went to the Breeders Cup Sprint and won again proving his class. This is a brilliant field, but I think RMR holds all the aces this year.

Run Missy Run 1, Attack At Dawn 2, Flawless Tower 3, People’s Champ 4

It’s great to see the Silver Arrow Series form coming back for this magnificent race. 4-RUN MISSY RUN is going as well as ever and I can’t see him losing. 3-ATTACK AT DAWN would be a short favourite if RUN MISSY RUN wasn’t running. 8-FLAWLESS TOWER is as fast as they come and the straight track should suit. 5-PEOPLE’S CHAMP is in impeccable form. 1-BLAZING RISK should bounce back and he’s back to turf. It’s hard to believe 7-BELLFAST LAD is still a maiden. If he puts his best foot forward he’d be hard to beat. 2-ALL FOR DANSILVER is going along nicely. 6-DRUNKEN SMART is in good form but I don’t think he is up to this standard. 9-CHARMING LIL is a nicely-performed mare but I don’t think she is up to this.
